Castro Statement on Death Of Steve Mostyn

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Joaquin Castro released the following statement after news of the death of Steve Mostyn, a Texas lawyer, philanthropist, and friend: 

“I am deeply saddened to learn of Steve Mostyn’s tragic passing. Steve was an accomplished lawyer committed to leveling the playing field for thousands of Texans seeking justice and was committed to serving Texan families through The Mostyn Moreno Foundation, which encourages the abilities of children with special needs. Steve’s energy, passion and humor will be deeply missed. My heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to his wife Amber and their two children in this time of unthinkable sadness.”
